In Pranayama Breathwork, we use simple breath patterns to focus the mind. When the mind is focused on the rhythm of the breath, it quiets the noise of thought and anchors into presence. The spirit is then free to move, clearing old blocks and opening the body to healing.

Pranayama Breathwork opens the door for deeper healing: processing trauma through the body and untying the knots where pain, overwhelm, and old stories have been stored.

Where The body holds hurt

When we experience trauma or overwhelming emotion, the mind often can’t process it. Instead, those unprocessed feelings get stored in the body—lodged in the heart, the gut, the tissues. Left there, they can block our growth, limit creativity, and even create dis-ease. Breathwork creates space for release, giving the body a chance to detox and reset.

THE PURPOSE

To uncover and clear emotional blocks, excavating the caves of past trauma, discarding what no longer serves, and rising into a renewed self aligned with your highest timeline.

THE WORK

We begin by tuning into the body, locating where energy feels stuck, often in the chakras, and giving it form, a name, an identity. Then we craft an intention to dissolve its weight. With the breath as our tool, a steady double inhale (belly, then chest) and a full exhale, the brain is given a job, thoughts quiet, and the body begins to open. As the breath deepens, energy stirs. Emotions locked in tight spaces can surface. Music and frequency help amplify release, bringing waves of tears, laughter, even visions. Breath becomes the wings that lift us into the ether, where fragments of the past can finally be released. Some traumas require peeling away in layers across sessions; others dissolve in a single breath. Either way, each release leaves you tangibly lighter, more whole.

THE TRANSFORMATION

We were once mosaics of stained glass, life shattered us. Breathwork reassembles the pieces, letting the light shine through our colors again. This is our birthright: our first act upon entering this world was to breathe.

MY OFFERING

Sessions last about two hours, with space held for deep repair and time afterward to integrate and rest in the nectar of the work. This practice is profound, sacred, and life-changing. I am humbled to serve humanity in this way.

AWAKENING THE CHAKRAS

Breathwork awakens and balances the chakras—the body’s energy centers. Each chakra holds themes of our human experience. When we open our Chakras through the breath, they become gateways to wholeness.

  • Root (1st Chakra – Base of the spine): Safety, belonging, survival. When blocked: fear, insecurity, instability. When open: groundedness, trust, and vitality.

  • Sacral (2nd Chakra – Lower abdomen): Creativity, sexuality, money, relationships, father wounds. When blocked: shame, scarcity, repression of pleasure. When open: creative flow, healthy intimacy, abundance.

  • Solar Plexus (3rd Chakra – Stomach): Personal power, will, confidence. When blocked: self-doubt, control issues, addiction. When open: clarity, courage, decisive action.

  • Heart (4th Chakra – Center of chest): Love, compassion, forgiveness. When blocked: grief, resentment, isolation. When open: connection, acceptance, unconditional love.

  • Throat (5th Chakra – Throat): Truth, expression, boundaries. When blocked: silence, people-pleasing, dishonesty. When open: authentic voice, honesty, healthy communication.

  • Third Eye (6th Chakra – Forehead): Intuition, vision, clarity. When blocked: confusion, denial, illusions. When open: wisdom, insight, spiritual awareness.

  • Crown (7th Chakra – Top of head): Connection to the divine. When blocked: disconnection, meaninglessness, despair. When open: peace, oneness, expanded consciousness.

When blocked, these centers keep us stuck. When opened through breathwork, they unlock flow, abundance, and authentic self-expression.
